Custom Modified RNA

Custom modified RNA (MOD) oligonucleotides with 2’-O-Methyl (2’-OMe), 2’-O-Methoxyethyl (2’-MOE), 2’-Fluoro (2’-F) or Locked nucleic acid (LNA) chemistry and Phosphodiester or Phosphorothioate Linkage. All our MOD oligos come standard as desalted and the quality of your sequences is verified using our proprietary MALDI-TOF MS methodology. However, we strongly recommend our HPLC purification service for certain applications to completely remove failure sequences and unnecessary small molecule impurities. In our quotation tool use the following codes before and after the bases to specify your needs:

Custom DNA oligonucleotides synthesised to your specification with Phosphodiester Linkage or Phosphorothioate Linkage and the addition of specific tags including Fluorescein amidite (FAM), Biotin or Phosphate. Our high quality oligos can be used for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications including adapters, library preparation and amplicon sequencing. All our DNA oligos come standard as desalted and the quality of your sequences is verified using our proprietary MALDI-TOF MS methodology.
