Custom DNA oligonucleotides synthesised to your specification with phosphodiester or phosphorothioate linkage and the addition of specific tags including FAM, Biotin or phosphate. Available as phosphodiester (dA, dC, dG, dT) and phosphorothioate (dA*, dC*, dG*, dT*).
Custom modified RNA.
Modified RNA oligonucleotides with 2' O methyl (2' OMe), 2' O methoxyethyl (2' MOE), 2' fluoro (2' F) or locked nucleic acid (LNA) chemistry, with phosphodiester or phosphorothioate linkage.
